The Client:

VWA have taken on a brand new opportunity with a leading asset management company with a focus on sustainability. Based in the heart of the West End, this fast-moving and innovative firm is searching for a new HR Associate to join their Global People Team.

The HR Associate:

Ideal for someone holding prior support experience and looking for their next challenge, this HR Associate role will focus on providing operational support throughout the whole employee lifecycle to over 250 employees. Day to day duties will involve but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining the HR system ensuring that data is kept accurate and up to date
  • Composing offer letters and contracts for new joiners and supporting with onboarding
  • Co-ordinating pay review documentation
  • Assisting with various aspects of talent acquisition and talent management
  • Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inboxes and managing as appropriate
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives
  • Providing a full range of administrative support to the entire People team

The successful HR Associate candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have prior experience of working in a financial or professional services firm
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Have exceptional client service skills and be able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Be able to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Experience within an asset management firm is highly desirable

  • Standard hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, flexibility required when needed
