Victoria Wall Associates are working on a fantastic new HR Assistant opportunity for a Financial Regulatory Consultancy based in the City of London.
This HR Assistant role will involve supporting the small HR team (3 others) with a variety of administration tasks - this will be a very varied and interesting role for someone looking to move into HR.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Keep on top of employee records
- Onboard new starters and give them an induction
- Provide HR system training
- Create and run regular reports
- Draft offer letters, contracts and other documentation
- Record and follow-up on actions from team meetings
- Track and monitor HR projects
- Assist with the payroll process
Prior HR experience is not necessary for this position although previous administration experience is, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills to transfer into HR administration. You will also have strong IT skills including all Microsoft programs and be able to work to a fast-pace.
The successful candidate will have a positive, flexible and highly professional approach. You will be highly adaptable and service driven in your approach.
The salary for this HR Assistant position is up to £30K depending on experience plus discretionary bonus and comes with excellent additional benefits.
