The client:

A global real estate company with an excellent reputation and impressive portfolio of properties around the world are looking for an HR Administrator/Office Administrator. This role will be based in the firm's stunning London office in Victoria.

The role:

Duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Processing invoices
  • Managing the HR system: pulling reports, inputting new joiners, leavers, all changes etc
  • Processing expenses
  • Assist with payroll
  • Assist with the recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, job posting, collecting CVs)
  • Manage employee onboarding/off-boarding (including creating new joiner paperwork)
  • Process background screening checks
  • Draft reference requests
  • Drafting contracts
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook
  • Co-ordinate and maintain employee training
  • Co-ordinate and oversea employee wellness programs
  • Provide administrative support to HR Management as required
  • Oversea Office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Maintain security passes for the building
  • Plan and co-ordinate office events, including scheduling logistics

The successful HR Administrator/Office Administrator will:

  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Have previous HR administration or administration experience
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Be able to communicate professionally
  • Must be able to prioritise efficiently and manage multiple project simultaneously
