HR Administrator

The client:
The client are an investment management firm that focus on advising sustainable investment. The client are looking for a temp to join the firm and support the HR team on an interim basis whilst they make a permanent hire.
The role:
HR administrator duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with putting together Board Packs
- Managing the company offsite in November
- Administration support
- Office management support
- Assisting with the implementation of new HR systems
The successful temp administrator will:
- Be proactive and able to hit the ground running
- Be confident in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Be confident and happy to present within a group
- Have previous office/corporate experience
- Be immediately avaliable and able to commit to two, potentially three months
- Be organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Ideally (but not essentially) have some HR experience or an interest in HR
