Head of Digital - Cosmetics Industry
Salary up to £80K depending on relevant experience
A unique an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketeer to join a global FMCG brand within the space of haircare. London-based, you will report to the Global Marketing Director and work with the wider team to design and evolve the strategy for all digital platforms and outlets of the product. In addition to strategy formulation, you will be in charge of social media activities, paid advertising, international and key retailer support.
This is a thriving and recognisable brand which will allow the Head of Digital to have a large impact on sales and on the success of the brand. You will have real influence and will be able to take your existing experience to the next level.
We are looking for a highly commercial and numerate worker who loves beauty products and has both a knack for the creative and is motivated by successful reporting and measuring of progress. Figures are reported to every quarterly board meeting and you will be accountable for your successes and failures. As Head of Digital, you will join a passionate and hard-working team; with a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality, you will enjoy having a wide range of tasks, responsibilities and deliverables.
This is a small team of under 20 individuals, to give an idea of the impact this Head of Digital will have. You will work with extremely smart, ambitious and international people who have already built the brand to a recognisable level, but for whom the sky is the limit.
Up to 80K basic salary plus benefits which include hair products and haircare.
