The Client:
VWA have taken on a superb opportunity with an international art and investment boutique. Based in Mayfair, this is a newly created role for a General/Office Manager to join the team and assist in spearheading exciting new projects.
The General/Office Manager role:
Ideal for an individual with prior commercial experience, this General/Office Manager role will be working closely with the Company Director and Business Manager. This is a cross-departmental role with broad exposure to different aspects of the business. Duties involve but are not limited to:
- Facilities and building management
- Management of staff training courses and health insurance scheme
- General administration and ad hoc tasks, as necessary
- Coordinating travel schedules
- Closely assisting the accounting team with general enquiries and tasks
- General office support and ensuring the office is clean and fully equipped
- Managing the client database
- Organising couriers, where required
- Working closely with the logistics department to co-ordinate activities on company premises
The successful General/Office Manager candidate will:
- Have solid prior commercial experience
- Be a team player who is highly personable
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proactive with the ability to drive new ideas and projects forward
- Be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to manage data and finances
The Details and Benefits:
