The Client:

VWA have taken on an excellent opportunity with an exciting financial services firm. With their stunning London offices based in the City, this leading firm is looking for a highly service orientated individual to become a Front of House Specialist / Receptionist team member.

The Front of House Specialist / Receptionist role:

Ideal for someone holding some prior front of house experience, this Front of House Specialist / Receptionist role will be working alongside a small administrative team to champion the company culture and maintain their renowned high standards. Duties will involve but aren't limited to:

  • Being the face of the company in the reception and hospitality areas
  • Answering the phone and screening calls
  • Managing meeting rooms and scheduling conference room bookings
  • Ongoing liaison with various departments such as recruitment, events, marketing and sales regarding onsite meetings, events and office logistics
  • Creating content for internal pages, video displays and registration systems

The successful Front of House Specialist / Receptionist candidate will:

  • A service orientated individual who is adept at building relationships
  • A reliable and flexible team player who can prioritise efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong G Suite, Excel and Word skills with a willingness to learn new booking systems

  • Standard hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm. On the occasional ad hoc basis you'll be required to work 7:30am - 4:30pm
