French-Speaking Executive Assistant

West End

Up to £53K


Our client, a leading investment firm in the heart of the West End, is seeking a team-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant with fluency in both French and English.

Supporting a team including the Head of the Division, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Extensive coordination of meetings and conference calls
  • Coordination of complex international travel arrangements for roadshows
  • Processing of expenses
  • Liaison with international offices
  • Screening calls and taking messages as appropriate
  • Assisting with projects as requested by team
  • Ad-hoc administration.

The ideal candidate for this French-Speaking EA position will at least 5 years of EA / PA experience supporting a senior team within a fast-paced financial / professional services environment and have excellent time management skills. A strong level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - is also essential for this position.

Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

Salary for this French-Speaking Executive Assistant role is up to £53K depending on experience and the role comes with excellent additional benefits including competitive bonuses, Private GP, full dental cover and a degree of flexible working.

Hours are 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility required to work beyond these hours as and when necessary.
