French-Speaking EA to Partner
Up to £45K
Our client, a fantastic Private Equity Partnership based in the City, are looking for an adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant with fluent to join their growing team.
The role will involve supporting a very busy Partner who splits their team between Switzerland and the UK. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary management
- Booking international travel
- Assisting with research and due diligence
- Creating purchase orders and assisting with expenses and payroll
- Ad-hoc administration.
Due to the varied nature of the Partner's role, the successful candidate for this EA role will need to be highly adaptable and be prepared to assist in a variety of other ad-hoc projects and duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will speak fluent French and English and have at least 3 years of experience within the finance sector. You will have a muck-in, collaborative and team-oriented attitude and be adept at working in changeable, fast-paced environments.
Salary for this EA role is up to c.£45K and the role comes with additional benefits. This role also offers the opportunity for remote working, with some office-based work necessary when the Partner is in London.
