The Client:
VWA are working with a leading financial services firm in their search for a Food Service Specialist With their offices based in the heart of the City, our client is looking for a highly service orientated individual to become an integrated member of their Office Administration team.
The Food Service Specialist role:
Ideal for someone holding some prior food service and operations experience, the successful candidate will be intrinsic in growing the Food Service team in their London office. Spending a lot of time in their cafes and pantries, duties will involve but aren't limited to:
- Working alongside seasoned members of the Food Service team
- Working collaboratively with the on-site caterer to provide excellent breakfast, lunch, and pantry offerings
- Act as an ambassador between food service operations and external partners
- Upkeeping the firm's high standards and working to enhance the overall work experience through food
The successful Food Service Specialist candidate will:
- Have prior experience in a 5* food service environment such as hotels, fine-dining restaurants as well as corporate
- Be a motivated self-starter who is highly service orientated
- Have a high attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Be a strong team player with a collaborative approach to their work
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends if needed
- Be highly adaptable with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Be fluent in English
The Details and Benefits:

- Hours may vary from 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm. On the occasional ad hoc basis you'll be required to work 7:30am - 4:30pm
