VWA are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Financial Administrator, with at least 2 years' experience to join a fantastic, collaborative Interior & Architectural Design Studio.

The is a great Financial Administrator role and company to be a part of - our client has a great reputation with a team of focussed, supportive. Our client is seeking an individual to work between 16 to 24 hours per week, these are flexible hours within studio opening hours, 9am - 6pm. This maternity contract starts in May 2020, with a 3-week handover with a lovely, experienced Finance Administrator.

Financial Administrator - the role:

As Financial Administrator you will have responsibility to undertake the company's day-to-day accounting procedures. You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing finance reports to CEO & Board;
  • Processing monthly payroll for PAYE employees;
  • Responsible for reporting to HMRC.

About you:

Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator who has an AAT Accounting qualification with hands-on experience with Xero accounting software. Proficiency on Apple Mac and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential for this Financial Administrator role. Given the versatility of this role, you will need outstanding organisation and time management skills, with the ability to switch between projects and tasks effectively.

This is a part-time 16 to 24 hours a week (flexi hours). Location: North London. Salary is competitive depending on experience. Interviews start May 2020.
