VWA are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Financial Administrator, with at least 2 year's experience to join a fantastic, collaborative Interior & Architectural Design Studio.

Our client is seeking an individual to work 24hours per week, these are flexible hours within studio opening hours, 9am - 6pm. This maternity contract starts in May 2020, with a 3-week handover with a lovely, experienced Finance Administrator who was placed by us!
Financial Administrator - the role:
As Financial Administrator you will be responsible to undertake the company's day-to-day accounting procedures. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing finance reports to CEO & Board;
- Processing monthly payroll for PAYE employees;
- Responsible for reporting to HMRC.
Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator who has an AAT Accounting qualification with hands-on experience with Xero accounting software. Proficiency on Apple Macs and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential for this Financial Administrator role. Given the versatility of this role, you will need outstanding organisation and time management skills, with the ability to switch between projects and tasks effectively.
This is a part-time 24 hours a week (flexi hours). Location: North London. Salary is competitive depending on experience. Interviews start March 2020.
