Finance Administrator (Part-time)

Our client, a rapidly growing independent media business based in the Fulham and Chelsea area, are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
Supporting the finance team, the role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Supporting with the day-to-day management of the accounts function
- Credit control and dealing with account queries
- Preparing and raising sales invoices
- Opening new sales and supplier accounts
- Preparing and sending remittances
- Magazine subscription administration.
The ideal candidate for this part-time Finance Administrator role will have some previous experience in a similar role and have a strong interest in a career within accounts. A team-oriented approach and a high level of attention to detail is essential position.
Previous qualifications such as AAT are not essential for this position and the company would provide support to undertake relevant training and qualifications. However, applicants with qualifications are also enouraged to apply.
Salary for this position is up to £25K as a full-time equivalent and hours are part-time at 22.5 hours per week (Ideally Monday - Wednesday, however this is negotiable. This role is office-based for 2 days per week, with working from home flexibility.
