This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and highly service orientated individual with facilities experience to join a mid-sized and highly successful investment firm based in the West End and with global offices.

Covering maternity leave, this contract is due to start in March to allow for a handover; applicants must therefore be available immediately.

As Facilities Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Office Manager and wider Facilities department. Responsibilities for this Facilities Coordinator will be wide ranging, to include:

  • Maintaining office space and equipment and arranging repairs when necessary
  • Liaising with vendors and arranging works when necessary
  • Updating maintenance schedules
  • Continuous checks on all infrastructure to ensure working order
  • Creating badges for new employees
  • Placing orders for stationery, receiving supplies and distributing accordingly
  • Preparing invoices and receipts
  • Preparing expenses
  • Health and Safety
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.

Essential to this Facilities role will be prior experience managing facilities-related requests - this can be from focused Facilities role, or as part of another support role including front of house, reception and office management.

You will have excellent client and customer-facing skills, and work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative attitude. You will be an efficient and effective problem-solver, able to build rapport with all stakeholders and show resilience in fast-paced, professional environment. Self-motivated, you will take accountability for your tasks and have good time management and attention to detail.

Hours for this role will be 8am - 6pm and salary offered will be based on previous experience.
