EA / HR Administrator
£26 - 34k per annum plus 10% finshing bonus
1st April Start, potentially earlier
A global biopharmaceutical company are seeking an adaptable EA who will primarily support the HR team on a 1-year maternity cover. This EA / HR role is due to start on 1st April or before. The companies offices are based in Victoria although they are currently exclusively working from home.
Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the HR Manager with HR Admin
- Research for projects
- Light diary management support to the General Manager and team
- Ad hoc minute taking
- Maintaining facilities contracts
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant / HR Assistant role will be happy working in both a team and independently and will have a proactive muck-in attitude. Previous HR or EA support desirable.
Salary for this EA / HR role is competitive, dependent on experience. The role also includes a finishing bonus and other fantastic company benefits such as a great pension contribution, life insurance and medical insurance.
The hours for this role are 8.30am to 5pm, although some work outside of these hours may be necessary at times.
