Executive Assistant to Senior HR Professional

Our client, a global insurance firm based in beautiful offices in the heart of the City with a friendly and team-oriented culture, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their growing team.
Supporting a senior individual within the HR division, this role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Diary management
- Processing expenses
- Booking international travel
- Coordinating with global HR team
- Conducting research and additional projects within the HR function
- Ad-hoc administration.
Previous experience within an HR capacity - eg early career in HR, supporting an HR professional or a CIPD / Entry-level HR qualification - is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate for this EA position will have previous experience of supporting a busy individual, ideally within a FTSE 100 or blue chip company, and have a muck-in atittude.
Salary for this position is dependent on experience (up to circa £55K) and the role comes with additional benefits, including competitive pension contribution and life insurance.
