Executive Assistant

Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

£50-60K depending on experience, plus bonus etc.

A longstanding client of VWA and a world-leading private equity firm are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team on a temp-to-perm or straight permanent basis.

Applicants must have previous experience supporting at Partner (or similar) level.

This EA position is based within Compliance, a fast-growing and non-deal team.

This Executive Assistant role will involve providing support to the Head of Dept and wider team, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Complex diary management
  • Scheduling of meetings and travel as required
  • Gatekeeping
  • Building and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships
  • Ad-hoc administration

The ideal candidate for this EA role will have experience supporting at senior level, ideally within Financial Services. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential and you must be adaptable with excellent time management skills in order to manage a busy and ever-changing workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing team in a high-performing business.

Salary for this Executive Assistant role is up to £60K and comes with excellent benefits including a bonus.

The role will be based in the offices, in the heart of London's West End.
