Investment Management

The Client:

A boutique and globally established investment firm that operate within the healthcare/life sciences sector are looking for an experienced and proactive EA to support the team. The EA will join the team on a FTC for 12-14 months whilst the current EA goes on maternity leave. The London office comprises of a lovely team of 6 that are extremely busy but also place a strong emphasis on a work/life balance.

The Role:
EA duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to the London office, mainly focusing on the 3 partners but also providing ad hoc support to the wider team
  • Ever-changing diary management
  • Organising complex international travel
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings for the partners across time-zones
  • Office management, including facilities
  • Expenses processing and management
  • Fund administration - this will make up 30% of the role
  • Finance administration - this will make up 15% of the role and will include maintaining contact databases and liaising closely with the CFO

The Successful EA will:

  • Be able to start ASAP to allow for a thorough handover from the current EA who will be going on maternity leave mid-late June
  • Have strong EA/PA experience in a fast paced environment
  • Have a muck-in, team-orientated attitude
  • Ideally have experience within fundraising and investment (however this is not essential)

The Details and Benefits:

  • Duration of the cover is 12-14 months
  • Salary is £50-65K depending on experience

  • Standard hours are 9am-5:30pm, with some flexibility required
  • The firm operate with a hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays from home, however this is non-contractual and additional days in the office may be required to reflect business needs
