Competitive Salary of up to £100K

The Client:

A leading bespoke insurance and (re)insurance firm based in the city.

The Role:

This Executive Assistant role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of company operations
  • Acting as a righthand to the Group CEO
  • Work alongside the Deputy COO to provide round the clock support in personal and business capacity to the Group COO.
  • Management of personal, complex and time sensitive administration tasks
  • Act as secretary for specific Committees
  • Complex diary and travel arrangements
  • Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of philanthropy interests
  • Call the Group CEO every morning to review the diary and day and ensure all is in order
  • Understand the critical deadlines and assist to manage reporting timeframes to the group CEO
  • Work with the IT infrastructure team to make sure the IT checks are completed and raising issues when present

The Successful EA must:

  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow, including weekends and public holidays
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have previous experience in similar Executive Assistant roles, supporting an active C-Suite Executive or a High Network Individual
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to act as a gatekeeper and filter for high-level, time-critical and sensitive work
  • Be able to work with senior management and create harmonious relationships within the CEOs support network
  • Have an interest in current affairs

The details and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to £100K, dependent on experience
  • Must be avaliable for a minimum of 2 months
  • Standard hours are 9am-6pm, but flexibility is necessary
  • Remote for now as the CEO is away, tbc about work structure when CEO returns
  • There is potential for this role to become permanent
