The Client:
A Private Equity company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their friendly and highly experienced team of equity investors on a temp-perm basis.
The Role:
EA duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary Management for multiple executives, across multiple time zones
- Rescheduling commitments at short notice around business needs
- Arranging external and internal meetings, such as dinners and lunches
- Complex travel Management
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships with contacts
- Collating documents for meetings in a timely manner
- Liaising with staff from different business entities on a daily basis
- Monthly expenses reconciliation
- Portfolio Admin Support
- Ad Hoc Deal/Transaction admin support and event management
The Successful Executive Assistant will:
- Ideally have experience within Private Equity or the Financial Services
- Be highly professional and able to build working relationships with colleagues and business partners
- Have prior EA experience supporting multiple executives in a team environment
- Be flexible, autonomous, and adaptable with a "can do" attitude
- Be a real team player
- Be highly motivated and proactive
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Editor)
The Details and Benefits:
- Standard Hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
- Salary of £45-48K, dependent on experience
- Currently a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 from home
