This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading private equity firm based in stunning new offices in the West End. Our client is seeking to hire on a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months a dynamic EA to develop and grow within one of their thriving business divisions.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Diary management
- International travel coordination
- Managing expenses
- Additional ad hoc support
Essential to this role is the ability to work efficiently, flexibly and with strong communication. The Executive Assistant role will support around four investment professionals, though team sizes to vary with organisational change, and requires key working relationships with the wider team and external stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant role will likely have some flexibility to work from the office or home, though official policy has yet to be decided. Standard hours are 9am - 6pm, although some work may be needed outside of those hours e.g., last minute plans change.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of EA experience and excellent written communication skills. Applicants will also ideally have technical such as Microsoft Office suite and Concur.
Salary for this EA role will be between £45-52k depending on previous experience.
