Executive Assistant - 12-month Temp Contract
Salary up to £52K depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to cover a temporary contract of 12 months, starting December 2021; the role will be to join a renowned financial services company, specifically supporting in the Private Equity division.
Interested applicants must be available to start the role in December (allowing for a handover) and able to commit to the full 12-month booking.
Supporting a small team of investment professionals, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Scheduling of meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Additional tasks as required.
Our client will be prioritising applicants with at least 3 years' of experience from the financial services industry, preferable within private equity. This is alongside demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office programmes and a highly professional nature.
Standard hours are 9am - 6pm with flexibility for overflow. Applicants should be prepared for these roles to be fully office-based.
Salary will be based on experience and relevant skillset, up to a maximum of £52K. The role comes with company benefits which includes discretionary bonuses.
