VWA is currently working with a top Private Equity firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant. The West End-based office has a collegial and hard-working culture, and there is a strong network of Executive Assistants at the business as well.
For this temp-to-perm opportunity, applicants will ideally be immediately available.
This is an exciting time to join the business, which has just launched fundraising for the next fund. As Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a total of 3 Executives (Managing Director and Director level). Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Arranging international travel - flights, accommodation, ground transport, transfers
- Preparation of presentations and virtual meetings
- Gate-keeping with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Ad-hoc administrative support.
The successful Executive Assistant will managing confidently in a fast-paced environment, with ever-changing and sometimes last-minute needs. This is a deadline-driven environment and will require the ability to work flexibly and with efficient prioritisation. Personality-wise, an outgoing nature and hands on approach will work well.
Previous experience either working in or supporting an Investor Relations division of a financial services firm will be beneficial.
The salary for this Executive Assistant position is paying £43K - £50K depending on experience and comes with superb additional benefits.
