Supporting a small team of professionals initially ranging from 4 - 6, our client is seeking to add another Executive Assistant into the team. The firm has cultivated a collegial, non-hierarchical working environment which enjoys an international workforce.
Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant role will include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling complex VC and conference calls across multiple time-zones
- Arranging travel including accommodation and ground transport
- Expenses management
- Ad-hoc project-related duties as required
- Other administrative tasks.
This is an opportunity for an individual with existing PA, Team or Executive Assistant experience ideally from either financial services or another professional industry. Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team of Assistants, you will have the opportunity to learn and further hone your Executive Assistant skill.
Essential to this Executive Assistant role alongside this existing experience will be a flexible and adaptable mind-set to take on tasks beyond your job description, as well as excellent communication and organisation skills to work effectively in this fast-paced environment.
Salary range is £35K - 42K depending on experience, and the role comes with excellent benefits including a discretionary bonus and 30 days' annual leave. Hours are 8.30am/9am - 5.30pm/6.00pm and there will be an expectation to work beyond this hours where necessary.
