The Client:

A leading global Private Equity firm based in the West End is looking for a Float Executive Assistant. This is also a fantastic opportunity to get this well recognised firms name on your CV.

The Executive Assistant Role:
EA duties will involve, but are not limited to:

Complex and ever-changing diary management
Frequent travel arrangements, including organising flights and hotels
Expenses
Ad-hoc administration support

The Successful Executive Assistant will:

Be immediately available
Speak fluent French or German
Be interested temp work long-term
Comply with their non-compete policy of not working with a competitor two-weeks either side of a booking
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally have experience in a financial services firm, or a corporate setting
Have a high attention to detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have experience managing a high workload and juggling priorities
adaptable

Standard hours are 9am - 6pm, with possibility for overflow
