Asset Management

Up to £60k, dependent on experience



The Client:

VWA are working with a leading asset management and advisory firm in their search for an Executive Assistant. With their offices based in the heart of Mayfair, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional yet friendly and collaborative team.

The Executive Assistant Role:

Ideal for someone with strong business support experience, this role will predominantly support the CIO, with some support to 2 Partners and wider team. Duties will involve but aren't limited to:

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Arrangement of domestic and international travel
  • Ongoing liaison with internal teams
  • Expense management
  • Keeping relevant filing systems up to date
  • Assisting on ad hoc events and projects, when needed
  • General ad hoc administration needs, as and when needed

The Successful Executive Assistant will:

  • Have prior support experience in a similar environment
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise efficiently
  • Be highly respectful of confidentiality
  • Have strong MS Office skills
