Executive Assistant - Maternity Cover
12 months - Mid-November Start
A longstanding client of VWA and a world-leading global investment firm are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team on a maternity cover contract basis. This EA position is based within the Real Estate Division and whilst the offices are based in the vibrant West End, currently the position will be based from home.
This Exeuctive Assistant role will involve providing support to the Real Estate Team up to MD level, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Complex diary management
- Arranging international travel (lockdown dependent)
- Building and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships
- Ad-hoc administration
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role within financial services. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential and you must have excellent time management skills in order to manage a busy workload. Salary for this Executive Assistant role is around 45K and comes with excellent benefits.
The start date for this role will be the mid-November for a duration of 12 months. Due to the current situation this role is likely to begin remotely, returning to the central London location when lockdown is lifted.
