The Client:
VWA is recruiting for a longstanding client in the Arts, seeking an experienced candidate to join the Digital Marketing function. This is a highly entrepreneurial and global company which is experiencing steep growth in their e-commerce and digital offering.
About the Digital Marketing Role:
In this Digital Marketing role, you will be reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital, and collaborate closely with the Content, Studies and Sales teams. Duties include:
Traffic management
- Develop paid digital marketing across paid social, paid search and display
- Drive brand awareness through monitoring and optimising campaigns according KPIs and business objectives
- Provide regular, comprehensive reporting, keeping leadership informed on digital best practice and providing actionable insights
- Plan, brief and validate creative elements with stakeholders
- Manage advertising campaigns & budget
- Manage the acquisition channels, from strategy to implementation
- Run quantitative and qualitative analysis of traffic in order to increase the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns
- Monitor conversion and work with Head of Digital to develop optimisation solutions
- Optimize customer targeting and manage the KPIs of traffic acquisition campaigns (daily management and reporting)
- Ensure the performance of the customer journey, the sales journey, and the proper insertion of orders (screenshot, verification of clicks and campaign delivery)
- Manage ad hoc projects: productions, technical integrations, use of data, analysis of digital KPIs
- Ensure active monitoring of new trends
- Make use of various marketing levers (SEO, SEA, Display, press relations, etc.), various supports (agencies, advertising agencies, partnerships, etc.), budget management and acquisition prices (CPC, CPM…)
- Manage the two junior community managers
CRM
- Plan & deliver email marketing campaigns in line with marketing calendar
- Animate of the customer journey
- Pilot, test and optimize journey, differentiated by client profiles in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
- Design, measure and optimize marketing campaigns
- Ensure the good performance and quality of data in the database
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven digital marketing experience in a small/mid-sized or start-up company
- Traffic management and CRM experience
- Knowledge of web, mobile and the principles of web and mobile advertising
- Knowledge of targeted advertising networks and promotional practices
- Communication and digital marketing skills
- Highly team orientated approach
- Keen desire to learn and excel
