Customer Success Executive

£30K - 35K dependent on experience

City based with flexibility to work from home

The Client:

An excellent opportunity to join an established and growing recruitment firm specialising in the life sciences industry. With an international presence this is a great time to join the firm in this newly created role.

The Customer Success Executive Role:

Supporting in the Insights, Success and Marketing function of the business this is a newly created role and a rare and exciting opportunity to add value and grow within the firm.

Key objectives of the role are to ensure new clients have an excellent onboarding experience and to play a significant role in identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling (across divisions and locations) and ensuring both qualitative and quantitative insights are collated at all stages of the candidate and client journeys. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage and develop the feedback process, to ensure a regular flow of sentiment analysis with all of firms stakeholders
  • Produce 'on-demand' feedback insight for sales teams in the pitch and present process
  • Work with external suppliers to ensure that maximum value is achieved from the tools being utilised for the purposes of success and feedback
  • Preparing monthly success reports that outline opportunities for further revenue generation and areas for improvement at all stages of the recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with Insight teams to understand the behaviours of clients and candidates to improve service levels
  • Work closely with client partners to strategically prepare review meetings
  • Work with the marketing team to produce case study collateral and other associated content

Skills Required:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience of working with customer relations management systems and other feedback platforms
  • An inquisitive and curious nature
  • Emotional intelligence
  • A creative mindset combined with strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Collaborative work nature and attitude
  • Proven working experience in customer success
