Temporary Administrative Assistant -Talent Acquisition

£15-£20 per hour + holiday pay

VWA is recruiting for a leading private equity firm based in Mayfair - this is an ongoing, temporary role as Administrative Assistant to support in the Talent Acquisition division.
Applicants should be available immediately to start, or in the next 1-2 weeks.
As Administrative Assistant, you will support the internal Talent team with a range of tasks to include:
- Scheduling of interviews and meetings
- Handling sensitive and confidential data
- Liaising with headhunters regarding different interview processes and candidates
- Using Workday platform
- Other duties as required.
The ideal prior experience for this Administrative Assistant will be from either Executive Search or Recruitment; the ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven workload with absolute discretion will be key. Essential to the role will be strong scheduling experience, which could be from another support-based or coordination role such as Team Assistant or Executive Assistant work.
Starting as soon as possible, you will be required to work from the Mayfair-based office at least 3 days per week. Hours are either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
Hourly rate will be between £15-£20 per hour plus holiday pay, based on relevant experience to date.
