Admin Assistant / Receptionist

The Client:

Our client is a leading global independent banking and advisory firm with a fantastic company culture.

The Role:

This is a newly created Admin Assistant / Receptionist position working alongside the current Receptionist to provide reception cover alongside administrative support to the wider team. Based in the main office, duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Setting up Zoom calls
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Ordering stationery and presentation supplies
  • Maintenance - logging maintenance issues etc
  • Ad-hoc administration

The Successful Admin Assistant/Receptionist will:

  • Have some previous Reception / office administration experience
  • Be a strong team player
  • Have good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Have a muck-in attitude

The Details and Benefits:

  • Salary is up to £31K depending on experience
  • Additional benefits including discretionary bonus, healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday.
  • Hours are 9:30am - 6pm with some flexibility to work beyond these hours during busy periods and events may be required.
