The first stage of our proven process is the briefing meeting. During this meeting, your personal executive assistant recruitment consultant will get to know you, your business, and your hiring needs, enabling them to understand your company and its culture to ensure we find right-fit candidates for your EA recruitment needs.
Next, we’ll begin our candidate search. Our specialist consultants will kick off the search process via our established database with thousands of permanent and temporary candidates. Next, your dedicated consultant will present to you a shortlist of high-quality, right-fit candidates who have been assessed and briefed to ensure they are the right candidates for your needs. In addition to their CVs, we will also provide a candidate profile, providing you with additional information about each candidate's skills and competencies.
Once you have selected the candidates you wish to take forward to interview, your consultant will thoroughly brief them and ensure they are fully prepared. Plus, we will also provide detailed feedback for both clients and candidates throughout the interview process to ensure there is no grey area and that everyone knows where they stand.
Finally, once you have chosen the candidate you wish to proceed with, we will organise referencing and right to work checks whilst also negotiating a suitable compensation package. Plus, we will remain in contact with you and the candidate beyond their start date to ensure the onboarding process runs as smoothly as possible.
