Manjinder Kang

Co-Managing Director Manjinder ventured into recruitment soon after graduating, and has never looked back!

Manjinder heads up the Permanent Division at VWA, leading and supporting with the development and growth of the team. She remains very hands on as a Consultant, with a live client base, and works closely with both clients and candidates to advise and find solutions to their recruitment needs.

Prior to joining VWA, Manjinder worked as a Temporaries Consultant for a boutique recruitment consultancy in the West End.

"I love my job because it really focuses on relationships, building long-term partnerships and creating opportunities. I love working with clients to understand their requirements for their roles, their teams and business and working with candidates to understand their skills, drivers and motivators and finding matches for both! Additionally I love working with the team at VWA – we work hard, have fun and really make a great ‘work family’.”

In her spare time Manjinder loves yoga and wishes she could do more of it! Food is also a real passion of hers and she loves to try out new dishes and enjoying them with family and friends. Watching films and going to the theatre are also ways that Manjinder enjoys spending her time outside of work.
