Elena joined the team in October 2021 as our trainee consultant. She holds a Psychology degree from Exeter.
Originally from Bristol, Elena has always had her eye on London for her first graduate role. In joining the VWA team she is able to help others find their path in their professional lives, and develop her own.
Her desire to help people and her love of building relationships motivated her decision to study psychology and, ultimately, to pursue a role in recruitment. She is able to help and build relationships with both candidates and clients daily.
On the weekends you will find Elena catching up with her friends or on a run/ at the gym.
