Abi Morris

Not long after completing her MA in Anthropology, Abi started out her career in PR before realising this wasn’t the path for her. She joined the VWA team as a Trainee Consultant in May 2022.

As a Consultant, Abi’s job is a 360 role, which includes identifying candidates through ad response/searches, screening calls, interviews, as well as business development, briefing calls with clients and managing interview processes up to offer and acceptance stage.

“I love how people and relationship-centric my job is. I love meeting new people and getting to understand personal or team/company drivers and aspirations. It’s great having a job where each day you’re working to build strong relationships with candidates and clients and getting a sense of what’s going to be the best fit for a person/company. I also love working with the VWA team. We are so collaborative – it’s a great working environment to be a part of.”

In her spare time, Abi loves spending time with friends and exploring London. She also loves to cook, do various HIIT classes and watch tennis. When Abi isn’t in London, she is usually in Suffolk at her family home – going for beach trips and lots of dog walks!
