Our Selection Method
We have honed and enhanced our candidate selection process over more than 25 years, added in technologies and digital innovations, making it more effective than ever.
Our core methodology involves:
1. Briefing Meeting:
Your personal consultant will explore competencies and work-style preferences, and will always be happy to meet with you wherever your business is located, as we believe a clear understanding of your company culture is essential.
2. Candidate Search:
Our consultants work together to search for possible candidates. Aside from our extensive database, we activate our established networks to target potential options. If necessary, a discreet advertising strategy is developed with applicants put through a rigorous screening process.
3. Assessment and Selection:
All candidates undergo detailed biographical interviews in which their competencies are tested. Your consultant usually selects a maximum of four suitable people to present to you.
4. Client-candidate Interviews:
Both you and the candidate are fully briefed before meeting. Thorough feedback is obtained from both parties, which is relayed honestly and sensitively, while expectations and reactions are carefully managed.
5. Offer and Follow-through:
We negotiate a suitable compensation package and organise referencing. Your consultant will remain in contact with you and the candidate until the start date and beyond, to ensure a smooth transition.
