As a thank you for successful referrals, VWA offers rewards of up to £500 in vouchers (subject to Terms and Conditions).

VWA recruits across a broad range of permanent, temporary and contract opportunities, partnering with talented professionals at every stage of their careers.

If you introduce a candidate who is successfully placed through VWA, you will receive:

  • A £250 voucher for a successful temporary or permanent placement.
  • If the salary or full-time equivalent salary exceeds £100,000, the reward increases to a £500 voucher per placement.

Subject to the qualifying criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions below.

Know a business looking to hire?

Since our inception in 1989, VWA has partnered with organisations ranging from growing businesses to global firms, helping them attract exceptional talent.

If you introduce a business that becomes a VWA client and the referral results in a successful placement, you will receive:

  • A £250 voucher for each successful temporary or permanent placement.
  • If the salary or full-time equivalent salary exceeds £100,000, the reward increases to a £500 voucher per placement.

Eligible client referrals can receive rewards for up to three successful temporary placements and up to three successful permanent placements.

Successful client referrals can earn up to £3,000 in vouchers in referral rewards.

Subject to the qualifying criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions below.

1. Contact VWA with details of your referral.

2. Our team will confirm whether the individual or organisation is already known to us.

3. If the referral results in a successful placement and the qualifying period is completed, we will arrange your referral reward.

Please ensure you have the individual's permission before sharing their contact details with us.

Terms and Conditions

Candidate Referrals

  • A reward of £250 in vouchers will be paid for successful temporary and permanent placements.
  • If the salary or full-time equivalent salary exceeds £100,000, the reward increases to £500 in vouchers per placement.
  • For temporary placements, the candidate must complete three months of full-time equivalent service before the reward becomes payable. Where a temporary worker is engaged on an ad hoc basis, the qualifying period may take longer to achieve.
  • For permanent placements, the candidate must successfully complete their probationary period or complete a minimum of three months' employment, whichever occurs first.

Client Referrals

  • A reward of £250 in vouchers will be paid for successful temporary and permanent placements.
  • If the salary or full-time equivalent salary exceeds £100,000, the reward increases to £500 in vouchers per placement.
  • Rewards are available for up to three successful temporary placements and up to three successful permanent placements resulting from the referred client.
  • For temporary placements, the candidate must complete three months of full-time equivalent service before the reward becomes payable. Where a temporary worker is engaged on an ad hoc basis, the qualifying period may take longer to achieve.
  • For permanent placements, the candidate must successfully complete their probationary period or complete a minimum of three months' employment, whichever occurs first.

General Terms

  • Referred candidates and organisations must not already be known to, registered with, or engaged by VWA at the time of referral.
  • The referrer must have permission to share an individual's contact details with VWA.
  • Where multiple referrals are received for the same candidate or organisation, only the first referral received by VWA will qualify.
  • One referral reward will be paid per successful placement.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • VWA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
  • By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained the individual's consent to share their details with VWA.
