About Us

Victoria Wall Associates was founded in 1989, initially with the aim of helping graduates embark on successful careers. As we evolved, our ambition became to provide a level of service that exceeds the expectations of the world of Executive Search whilst continually adapting to developments in the recruitment market. We now recruit Business Support Staff, Private Household EAs and PAs, Graduates, Marketing- and HR Professionals as well as Financial Services Executives including Analysts and Associates.

We strive to add genuine value to every step of the recruitment process, which has become increasingly influenced by technology. We use our sound judgement, integrity, and market knowledge honed over years of experience and anchored in our strong interviewing and assessment skills to find, identify and attract the best people for our clients’ vacancies. We are driven by building successful teams and making great matches resulting in happy and fulfilled candidates and clients.​

The Psychology Behind VWA

The difference between an agency and a consultancy is engagement; we work with our clients and candidates to make matches that last, with a strong emphasis on fit. To maintain that ethos and continue to provide a consultative service, all potential VWA staff, regardless of the division and role for which they’re being considered, are put through a rigorous interview process. This encompasses their experience to date, thorough competency-based interviews and psychometric testing. The rigour of the process ensures that each team member has a proven track record and appropriate temperament. We work closely with our sister company VWA Consulting to identify candidates who have the empathy, tenacity and intuition to adopt the signature VWA approach.
