Both you and the candidate are fully briefed before meeting. Thorough feedback is obtained from both parties, which is relayed honestly and sensitively, while expectations and reactions are carefully managed.
2. CANDIDATE SEARCH
Aside from our extensive database, we activate our established networks to target potential candidates. All applicants put through a rigorous screening process.
5. OFFER & FOLLOW UP
We negotiate a suitable compensation package and organise referencing. Your consultant will remain in contact with you and the candidate until the start date and beyond, to ensure a smooth transition.
3. ASSESSMENT & SELECTION
All candidates undergo detailed biographical interviews in which their competencies are tested. Your consultant usually selects a maximum of four suitable people to present to you.
