Focusing on how to perform a structured competency based interview, our aim is to enable participants to successfully identify candidates with skills and attributes that are directly relevant to job success. Understanding job analysis, selecting key criteria and interview preparation is the fundamental first step in our training, prior to practising a live interview in a role play setting.
