What is Involved?
An initial biographical interview is conducted during which we also measure aspirations and objectives.

Our qualified Consultant will ask the individual to complete a number of questionnaires which are designed to measure a person’s preference for thinking, feeling and behaving in the work environment.

Key competencies are also assessed, and after in-depth analysis and consideration of the market, the individual returns for a two hour career counselling session. The session aims to explore the following:

  • Feedback on thinking style and behavioural preferences
  • Identification of key competencies and transferable skills
  • Identification of preferred work style and motivation
  • Identification of most suitable business environment – management structure, culture and size organization.
  • Identification of job content and opportunities
  • Industry sector discussion and advice
