What is Involved?
An initial biographical interview is conducted during which we also
measure aspirations and objectives.
Our qualified Consultant will ask the individual to complete a number
of questionnaires which are designed to measure a person’s
preference for thinking, feeling and behaving in the work environment.
Key competencies are also assessed, and after in-depth analysis
and consideration of the market, the individual returns for a two
hour career counselling session. The session aims to explore the
following:
- Feedback on thinking style and behavioural preferences
- Identification of key competencies and transferable skills
- Identification of preferred work style and motivation
- Identification of most suitable business environment –
management structure, culture and size organization.
- Identification of job content and opportunities
- Industry sector discussion and advice
