Feedback Reports

When you undergo career counselling, the results are assessed by one of our Career Counsellors. You are then invited back for a two-hour long feedback session in which we explore your preferred work style. We also identify the organizations that best suit your work style and the management structure for you to work for.

In addition you can get the following reports:

1) Career Action Plan Report – Details a tailor-made overview of how to maximize your career objectives. It includes advice of on-line and traditional media to search, the type of jobs and titles to look for and appropriate agencies and selection consultancies to approach. Most importantly you learn which of your key competencies and skills are transferable and how to market yourself during an interview.

2) Career Counselling Report - A comprehensive feedback report is an optional additional service. It integrates the interpretation of the questionnaire with supporting material gathered from the feedback session along with the tailor-made Career Action Plan Report.
