Payroll Advice

Alternatively, please do contact your team at VWA. We are always on hand to offer you help and advice.

Payment

  • Payroll is run every Monday for the previous week’s assignment.
  • Payment is made directly into your bank account.
  • Your pay slip is posted to you.
  • Overtime is paid according to the policy of individual clients.
  • Signed timesheets should be faxed to us on Friday afternoon to ensure prompt payment.
  • Our payment system is unfortunately unable to process any timesheets received after midday on Monday. Late timesheets will be carried forward to the following week.
  • A signed timesheet is obligatory for VWA to authorise your payment.

Bank Details

To ensure prompt payment, please complete and submit a Bank Details form if:

  • you are working for us but have not already supplied your bank details.
  • your bank details have changed.

Holiday Pay

  • You are entitled to paid holiday when you start an assignment through VWA.
  • Over an entire year, this will amount to 4 weeks’ pay.
  • Holidays run annually from 1 January to 31 December.
  • Holiday may not be carried over to the next year.
  • Temps must inform VWA of all holiday dates by completing the Holiday Form provided or by giving written notice of their intention to take leave.
  • This entitlement is not applicable to those working through a Limited Company.
