Payroll Advice
Further advice on payroll may be found in your Temp Handbook.
Alternatively, please do contact your team at VWA. We are always
on hand to offer you help and advice.
Payment
- Payroll is run every Monday for the previous week’s assignment.
- Payment is made directly into your bank account.
- Your pay slip is posted to you.
- Overtime is paid according to the policy of individual clients.
- Signed timesheets should be faxed to us on Friday afternoon
to ensure prompt payment.
- Our payment system is unfortunately unable to process any timesheets
received after midday on Monday. Late timesheets will be carried
forward to the following week.
- A signed timesheet is obligatory for VWA to authorise your
payment.
Bank Details
To ensure prompt payment, please complete and submit a Bank
Details form if:
- you are working for us but have not already supplied your bank
details.
- your bank details have changed.
Holiday Pay
- You are entitled to paid holiday when you start an assignment
through VWA.
- Over an entire year, this will amount to 4 weeks’ pay.
- Holidays run annually from 1 January to 31 December.
- Holiday may not be carried over to the next year.
- Temps must inform VWA of all holiday dates by completing the
Holiday
Form provided or by giving written notice of their intention
to take leave.
- This entitlement is not applicable to those working through
a Limited Company.
