£18.00 - £19.00 / Hour
Office Manager with HR
15 hours/ week (flex on days but ideally Tuesday/ Wednesday)
£19/ hour plus holiday
Our client, a boutique Communications company, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to assist a small team of 7 on a part-time basis. This is a temp role with the potential to go permanent.
As Office Manager you will be:
- Assisting the Managing Director and small sales team using a range of office software including Office 365 email, Excel spreadsheets, SAP, Salesforce etc.
- Responsible for overseeing the company's Accounts Payable/ Receivable and processing invoices on a weekly basis
- Managing office expenditure and budgets, including travel and events
- Overseeing the recruitment of any new staff
- The first point of call on the telephone, directing enquiries to the relevant manager or director
- In charge of organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment and ordering couriers
The successful Office Manager will be independent, mature, entrepreneurial and able to make the role their own.
This role will be starting ASAP.
