VWA have taken on a wonderful new Office Assistant role with a client of ours, based in absolutely stunning offices in the City.
They are a consultancy for the world's leading financial institutions. They offer consulting services in all areas of risk management, financial regulation and technology. There are about 60 in the company and they have a really warm and friendly culture. It is fast paced, fun but high achieving - everyone's talent is utilised and recognised and they encourage progression and development. They are a fun and social office and have regular events.
They are looking for a proactive, friendly and professional Office Assistant to join the team. This is a newly created role - due to the company growing, so it really is a fantastic time to join - and to make the position your own! Depending on performance, there may also be opportunities for progression later on down the line.
Office Assistant responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing the meeting rooms
- Organising team events
- Proofreading documents
- Answering the phones in a professional manner
- Managing expenses and office supplies
- Attending monthly meetings
- Ordering stationery
- Coordinating office plans and desk moves
- Liaising with IT and asset tracking
- Booking taxis/restaurants
- Dealing with post
- Printers and scanning
- Reporting to the Float EA
Salary is 24-30K dependent on experience with fantastic benefits.
