Philippa Windridge, Consultant (Permanent Desk)

Having graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in marketing and management, Philippa joined world-leading insurance broker AON as a graduate trainee. Her role saw her working on directors’ and officers’ liability as well as marine risks. However, Philippa soon decided the insurance industry wasn’t for her, and, in 2008, came to VWA in search of temp work. She never left.

Although Philippa started her life with us on the temp desk, in the summer of 2010 she moved to the permanent desk. She now spends her time working on graduate recruitment schemes, account management positions, researcher roles and support roles to name but a few, and is thoroughly enjoying life at VWA.

Outside of work, Philippa keeps herself busy playing tennis, skiing and going sailing. And if that weren’t enough she also regularly organises events for charities.
