Charlotte Forde, Consultant (Permanent Desk)

Having been a candidate of ours for several years, Charlotte joined VWA as an experienced consultant on the permanent team. She successfully recruits for a diverse base of prestigious clients, many of whom have worked with VWA since 1989. With proven experience gained within hedge funds, asset management and event management, coupled with a strong business acumen, Charlotte is able to quickly grasp her client’s requirements and identify the right candidate for the job. Her natural intuition and indispensable emotional intelligence sets her apart… she genuinely cares about helping people, and finds it a wonderful feeling to place someone in their dream job.

As a former Robert Walters consultant, Charlotte’s attributes include commercial drive, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. However she has other talents, too. Charlotte is a trained opera singer and spent a year in Tokyo singing professionally on both TV and radio.
